Kasey K. Fagin is an associate at Barrow & Grimm, P.C., where his practice focuses primarily on general civil litigation, including contractual disputes, business torts, construction, and real estate. Prior to joining Barrow & Grimm, Kasey worked at another Tulsa law firm, where his practice focused primarily on complex civil litigation. In 2023 and 2024, Kasey was selected by Super Lawyers as an Oklahoma “Rising Star” in the area of Civil Litigation.
Kasey is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the University of Tulsa, College of Law. During law school, Kasey served as an editor for the Tulsa Law Review. Kasey also served as a clerk for The Honorable Robert D. Bell on the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals and as an intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
Kasey is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma. Kasey is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Tulsa County Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association.
