Caitlin J. Johnson

Caitlin Johnson attended Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations in 2010. She received her Juris Doctorate with honor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2013. While in law school, Mrs. Johnson served as Managing Editor and Articles Editor of the Energy Law Journal. Additionally, she received a Sustainable Energy and Resources Law Certificate for her extensive study and coursework in energy and environmental law. Mrs. Johnson served as a Student Bar Association representative and Chair of the Extracurricular Affairs Committee. She also received a CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for excellent achievement in the study of Selling and Leasing of Goods and Advanced Oil and Gas.

Mrs. Johnson joined Barrow & Grimm immediately following graduation in 2013, and her practice is primarily focused in business law, real estate law, and construction law. Mrs. Johnson is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Mrs. Johnson’s professional memberships include the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Tulsa County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
