John Wolfe

John S. Wolfe is a shareholder in the firm’s transactional practice group. His practice focuses on corporate and securities transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, tax, private equity investments, corporate finance, and corporate governance.  John has experience advising in a broad range of sectors, including construction, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, oil and gas, and real estate. In addition to his corporate practice, John also practices in the area of estate planning and he regularly advises clients on estate and gift tax matters.

John is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he served as a Note Editor on the American Indian Law Review. After law school, John received a Master of Laws in Taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to joining the firm, John worked as a tax consultant in the areas of state and local taxation and mergers and acquisitions in the McLean, Virginia office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

John is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma state courts and is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Tulsa Estate Planning Forum.
