J. Remington Huffman

J. Remington Huffman is an associate with Barrow | Grimm, P.C., with his practice primarily focusing on matters of construction and surety litigation, drafting and reviewing construction contracts, and complex case analysis for representation of general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and surety companies. Along with construction litigation and surety law, he also practices in energy/oil and gas law, business-related litigation, business services, and other general civil litigation.

Remington completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management. Prior to his legal career, Remington performed project management and estimating services for commercial construction companies operating in the heavy civil construction industry. After his work in the construction industry, Remington attended law school at the University of Tulsa College of Law where he graduated with honors. While in law school, he received the CALI “Excellence for the Future” Award for the highest individual performance in Advanced Oil and Gas. Remington is admitted to practice law before all Oklahoma state courts, as well as currently seeking admission to practice in the Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma.
