Mr. Beasley is a native of Tulsa and has lived in Tulsa his entire life. Mr. Beasley was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout during his youth. Mr. Beasley has been active in numerous community activities with a particular emphasis on youth athletics and previously served as President for Tulsa Little League Baseball. In his legal practice, Mr. Beasley concentrates in the areas of commercial real estate, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, oil and gas, anti-trust and commercial litigation. Mr. Beasley has represented numerous business clients throughout his career, including Fortune 500 companies, governmental entities (FDIC and RTC), and numerous regional and local businesses. In the bankruptcy arena, Mr. Beasley has represented Debtors in Chapter 11 (Reorganization), creditors’ committees and large secured and unsecured creditors. Mr. Beasley’s litigation experience has been on the local, state and federal levels, both within and outside the state of Oklahoma. In addition, Mr. Beasley has extensive appellate experience with the Oklahoma Supreme Court, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Beasley has acquired a broad-based level of business experience and acumen which enables him to provide sound legal advice and assistance to his clients in an efficient and economical manner.
Mr. Beasley is admitted to the state bars of Oklahoma, Wyoming and Montana. Mr. Beasley also is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
